Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations

Please use our RETURN PORTAL should you need to return all or part of your order. If you have any questions about return eligibility or the return process, email us at info@zabitat.com.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order (when the tracking number indicates that your order was delivered). If more than 30 days have elapsed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Outbound shipping is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Zabitat offers customers the option to ship on their own or to easily purchase a return shipping label at negotiated rates, the cost of which is then deducted from any potential refund. Please be aware that return shipping is often more expensive than outbound shipping. The only exception to these return policies is on items that do not fit but were pre-qualified using the Guaranteed Fit Program, where return shipping is covered by Zabitat and outbound shipping is refundable. We strongly advise the Guaranteed Fit Program if you are unsure as to whether an item is the correct size for your application.

Custom or special-order items (items not listed on our website) are not eligible for return or cancellation. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Restocking fees (if applicable)

Standard items returned in unused condition are not subject to restocking fees. Items returned with minor defects may be subject to restocking fees (at Zabitat's discretion). If you are unsure if your item is in suitable condition for return, we suggest you email pictures to info@zabitat.com.

Large and heavy items (82" tall standard glass, 50" and 66" tall severe weather or impact glass) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund within 10-15 business days of returning your order, first check your bank or credit card account again.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@zabitat.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Please email us at info@zabitat.com if you would like to make an exchange. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Labels & Costs
Returns must be initiated on the RETURN PORTAL. Returns not initiated on the return portal or without the proper authorization paperwork (a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA #) will not be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for returning any items. Zabitat offers a return label for purchase at negotiated rates. Shipping costs to return an item can be higher than the shipping paid to deliver the item. Outbound shipping costs (any shipping paid to get the product to the buyer) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the order to you will be deducted from your refund. Shipments where delivery was refused for any reason other than documented damage to the shipment are not eligible for a refund.

If you are shipping an item with value over $75 with your own label, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
